April Monthly Meeting

Please join us for our monthly meeting on Tuesday, APRIL 21ST from 11:30 A.M. to 1:00 P.M. Our guest speaker will be BOBBY HIGDON, who will be giving a presentation on DOMESTIC TERRORISM.

Our guest speaker will be Bobby Higdon, Trial attorney for the United States Justice Department’s Public Integrity Section. Mr. Higdon is a Federal prosecutor with nearly 25 years’ experience handling complex criminal investigations, trials and appeals. He has more than 20 years experience as a senior supervisor within United States Attorneys Offices and the United States Department of Justice. He has a wide range of trial experience with particular emphasis on large scale interstate and international drug trafficking conspiracies and public corruption. He has significant international training experience as leader of Justice Department training efforts in the Republic of Kosovo.

Our meeting will be held at United Therapeutics in RTP. If you have not been to this facility before you will have the opportunity to have a tour following the presentation. This meeting will have a limit to 35 attendees. The RSVP deadline will be COB Tuesday 4/14 but I fully expect it to fill out sooner so do not delay in getting your RSVP in.

You may arrive at site at 11:00 AM and the meeting will start promptly at 11:30. If you are not on time you will not be able to attend. You will need your license when checking in. The meeting will end at it’s normal time of approximately 1:00 PM and you can either leave or stay for the facility tour which will last approximately 20-30 minutes.

The normal $20 meeting fee applies and if you RSVP and do not make it you will be responsible for the $20. We also ask that if you RSVP please make sure you make as we have limited capacity. Please go to the event page and RSVP on this site if you have not already.
