We are happy to announce that the 2013 ASIS International Chapter 119 Training Conference is scheduled for Tuesday July 30th at the PNC Arena in Raleigh. Many of you attended the inaugural event last year and can attest to the quality of the guest speakers while getting an opportunity to see the latest and greatest from local vendors in our industry on the show floor. Oh yeah, the free lunch wasn’t all that bad either!
This year we have confirmed some great guest speakers and topics, including:
Brian Goldsworthy, Global Security Director at GlaxoSmithKline, will talk about “Creating Employee Awareness about Active Shooter Incidents – both at work and Personal Time.” Felix Nater will talk about how someone will transition from a disgruntled employee to active shooter. Nathan Schroeder will speak about High Resolution Video Identification and Behavioral Analytics.
Once again, there will local vendors attending this event to help make it FREE for all to attend and earned valuable CPP/PSP/PCI recertification points in the process.
A final agenda will be made available in the coming weeks, but if you are planning to attend this year’s event please RSVP by replying to this email.
Your continued support of ASIS International and specifically Chapter 119 (Research Triangle Park, NC) help make great events like these possible. Don’t delay! Please RSVP now!!
